Musopticon?
unca's right, that stuff was sufficiently explained in the readables. I'm following this story closely, and I think I've even figured out how it ends already.

I know I am bringing up an older Mission here
It is a fantastic Mission though. Architecture, and story carrying on from
"Two Fathers" Brilliant!.. :thumb:
I have had to have a bit of help, from these threads and thank you Nightwalker. I had already got the Agent and had been to that building twice and missed where to put him. :tsktsk:
loved the clock puzzle!.
Now I am stuck.
I have found the secrete room with the safe, and the papyrus, upstairs.
I understand what the papyrus means!. I can not work out the puzzle though.

shadows answers your question (if I correctly understand what you are asking) on page 2 of this thread.
Glad you are enjoying it!:D
Don't worry about bringing up old threads. I bet most authors are thrilled to see a thread of their old work pop up to the top of the page now and again! When you see evidence of people still enjoying them months or years later, it makes an author feel that the hard work may not have been in vain.:)

Thank you for that. I realised after, but I just did not get it at first. :tsktsk:
I must be daft!. I did not want to look at the solution,Until then.
Thanks to
Nightwalker :) who explained it too.
Sometimes, though a little cryptic,I find the hard to find things easier, than the ones staring me in the face.
I love your missions. I think it is good to bring up and praise missions and Authors. Newer to them like me. All your hard work still certainly being enjoyed by me and others. Most defiantly not in vain!. Still so many to play too. Thank you More! more! Please. :thumb:

I've built 8 missions and written two others for Thorin Oakenshield, so check out my signature to see if you've played them all. I hope you enjoy them all.:thumb:

uncadenego : just finished this one & had to say I loved it! Particularly :-thoughtful plot & readables (plus the great one instructing the guards - exactly right!), the beautiful mansion which was of a sensible size (as opposed to some of the 'department store' monoliths we too frequently see) & really good use of the AI - why wouldn't a couple more guards turn up during the time a good-sized mission takes? And not one, but TWO Dewdrops!
This is the last of your missions I've got round to playing :( ( yeah I hardly did them in release order, but at least I fluked playing Two Fathers before this one).
So, I was wondering : have you released the third in this storyline?
If so, which was it, as I don't remember another with this plot :o
If not, when are you releasing it? :cheeky:

ok, I must really be blind or something.
where's this mansion that i've read about? ive found the agent and the clock, and i have like only 1227 loot. i've been to the city watch and mechanist area.
now i'm stuck. where do i go? how do i get into the pumphouse, where's the key? where and how do i get the keepr book?
help.
thief0 on 6/2/2007 at 13:44
oh, i've got to the mansion now. is there anything special in this mansion, other than loot and some secrets? is the keeper book in this mansion? and whats this "workbench in the basement" i keep reading about, is it the mansion's basement or the city watch building? and what's this safe that i've read about, i've been to the vault at city watch, but i'm pretty sure the safe is something different. where is it and where's it's combo? seriously, i'm missing a lot in this mission.
