Sorry you had to wait so long for an answer. Yes, the Keeper Book is in the mansion. There's a tiny lever in beside the crates stacked in the corner of the workshop that opens a secret entrance into a small office. You'll need the code to open the safe in here. Have you found it yet?

maga, look for Stormdrain Pump House #26. There's a hole inside that allows you to get down into an underground water section. If you swim through the tunnels, you'll find the way to the mansion.

By the time I cycle through all the fan missions, I'm ready to start again.

"The Time That Has Passed" has all the elements of what a well crafted mission should be.

Now I'm onto the prequel - "Two Fathers." Then the sequel - "Chain of Events."
