those bottles have the container physics script on them, so they will travel in the same direction as a crate when broken, they occasionally disappear for some reason, despite the physics models being big enough that they shouldn't. its just a quirk with no apparent fix.

What did the vial do anyway? I've just realised I finished it and didn't even try it! That was after having spending all that time getting the ingredients as well! :tsktsk:
btw whatever happened to the crypt? Or did I miss it?

Sorry, i should have been more specific as well, that it's the 'left' middle room, with the left from the point of view of the map not as you walk up to the dormitory area.
The_Dude, i think some ingredients must have disappeared on me too. I followed the list of Otto's ingredient locations. Oh well, reload.

do the generators have to be turned off in a specific order ?
only I'm starting at the kitchen - through the crawlway to the boiler room - through the fan duct to the workshop - over to the library and down into the cellar for the last one and by the time I get to the sword room the power is on so I can't grab it
I run all the way too

ok I went round and got all the generators, checked the sword room and managed to recheck all the generators net result nada the current still seems to be on despite all the generators being off, have I missed a switch or something ?
think I'll try it with the golden elixir that ought to do it

[SPOILER]on ninja you only have 3 minutes to get the sword from the time the first generator is turned off, you are doing them in the correct order (order doesn't matter but its most direct) are the blue lights off on the base? they must be. the generator in the basement near the crypts is not part of the puzzle.[/SPOILER]

I have the bother's key, but I can't open either of the rooms on the second floor with it. Where is the Abbot's room?

If yo don't get in yet, try some other rooms with this key first. I'm not sure, but I thought there was a system there. Could be wrong though.

Jason, this is a brilliantly made FM! Enjoyed every minute of it! I played on Samurai. Found all the ingredients for the elixir. Had no trouble finding all the keys....just kept looking. Finished with everything checked off and made an exit o.k. Only one thing frustrated me:
ALL THOSE BEAMS AND NOT ONE ROPE ARROW...aghhh
Also, I missed the [SPOILER]3 secrets.[/SPOILER] Will play it again and take my time looking.
