On Expert I have 7 secrets. The 6 listed in post #42 by Unkillable Cat (apparently no. 3 is not a secret), plus 1 in town in a house near the mansion gates, where a man is carrying a bottle in his hand. Can I have a clue for no. 8 please?

Such a lovely fm, I just cannot figure out a way to get to the hammer. The only way there seems to be a big metal grate that I'm not able to open. I also didn't find any other way to get into that room

The iron grate cannot be opened - there's another way in
through an adjacent room. A note by one of the servants gives a hint. Also be sure to search
the lord's personal quarters.

The rope arrow in the attic was, funnily enough, the first one I found. I managed to enter the manor without rope arrows perfectly fine, through an access point in the well.

I had all but the optional map objective done in 1.0, so I could have finished but wanted to play it with working rope arrow(s) for several places I'd noticed. In 1.1 I'm all done on Hard, just looking for more loot & secrets. A nicely designed & enjoyable FM especially for your first. I was surprised to see KO'd folks glasses hit the floor like in TDM.

There's a way into the attic through a ventilation shaft that doesn't require the use of a rope.
Also, if you mantle on top of the chair below the opening to the attic, you can jump and mantle up without a rope (but it's a little tricky).
I guess Jean Dumonde should've put those cursed things behind glass :D
That sucks. I think that sometimes happens when the player has been outside of the 'AI activation' range, so they've stopped patrolling. When the player then comes within range again, sometimes the AI have stopped in a weird spot, so when their patrol starts again they're not able to decide which point to go to next and are stuck in-between. It sometimes happens with fleeing servants as well.
Yeah the maid going from kitchen to upstairs and back. She stuck in the right corner of the top of stair going down.
If you made noise to coax her out she would resume the same corner. After searching for you a little. She would do the same if alerted and started to run as well. I tried a bunch to try get her to resume her patrol. Again fantastic mission. Hope it's not your last.

that one sign when going opposite way to do mission by a manhole there is a paper to read on building/elevator talking about lower section and if you look to your left through fence down below you see a mini mech bot on patrol
i like the little things like that makes me hope there is a part 2 in the lower section of the city seems like it would be great mission
and the noise from walking on planks is amazing,the glasses falling off,that one coin in the crack of on of the streets :P=not to big of a spoiler
cant wait to see what theme your next mission will be

How do I get to the secret treasure chest located in the cave pass the Pagan house? There is no ledge to jump from that far distance or use rope arrows.
