Never mind...you guessed it, I found it right away after you mentioned it.
Liny tiny switch hiding behind pipe
I have yet to come across an old woman (is she in one of those locked rooms?), and I've rescued the girl and did all the other stuff, except drop a notary?? into the sewers.
Are the sewers the wet trough winding around in the basement, or is it something apart from the basement. I've killed the spider down there already, but I consider that area part of the basement.

It sounds like you've found the sewers. That's where you drop him. The old lady should show up soon, I believe. She will be sitting in her arm chair when you enter the apartment this next time, I think. I haven't played all the way through the final version yet and I don't know exactly what things have been changed from the last beta I played but I'm sure she still will end up there.

Ok.....I've progressed a bit now.
I thought the "notary" was a parchment, not a person.
So that's complete. I've met the old woman and hopefully that will lead to the end.
10/13 secrets.
I know most of the secrets are very similar, but has anybody gotten all 13. I'm guessing that the 3 I'm missing are distinct and unique.

This mission is my second favorite from this quarter's crop. Outstanding architecture, use of colours and light and grandiously spooky ambients can't really overshadow the overaching plot and scheming going on at the manor and the author's obvious willingness to spend time for the story. From the ghostly yet noble apparitions to old ladies sleeping in rotting manors the author enrolls the player with a sense of taste and curious attention to detail. The superbness is pervading.
Hmm, maybe I could have just called it fecking awesome and be done with the thing.

Thank you for that. I know it's annoying to post the same answer when the same question is asked, and usually I give at least a shot looking through the threads, but I was lazy this time.
01 secret door in the wine cellar
02 switch near the table in the room with the priest
03 switch behind picture in the house of the Old Woman
04 secret door on top of the beams, in the room you've to place the child into
05 secret door in one of the toilet rooms
06 trashcan in the office
07 secret door on top of the beams to the guests wing
08 spice bags on the canopy bed
09 in same room: a small switch beside the chimney
10 still in the same room: another secret door on top of the beams
11 secret door above the corridor to Dregger's room
12 statue across the kitchen
13 coat hook in the head buttler's room
I can't find secret #5 & #12.
This is going to sound stupid, but I can't identify the kitchen. I know what I "think" is the kitchen, but there is no statue anywhere nearby.

And I've been to every toilet in the mansion, except the one that holds the secret apparently.
I thought I bj'd everyone, but there is someone whistling away very close to the Servant's Entrance. I can't seem to find him.

The toilet you're looking for is near the guest room where the woman has made her husband sleep on the sofa. Move a box when you enter the toilet and you'll find a switch.
The kitchen is pretty obviously the kitchen. Not the Old Woman's but one in the main house. There's a hallway opposite the kitchen door that has some statues along it. The switch you're looking for is beside the last statue on the right, if I recall correctly and it's quite hard to see.

Can someone please elaborate a bit more on
the secret about the lute? And as far as all of the other things go (bracelets, glasses, personal effects) are these also to be used for objectives, secret or otherwise?
