The pool area door is locked and needs a key. I have looked all over the pool area grounds. Am I in the right area or do I need to look elsewhere?

I solved this a different way. :ebil: (I'm assuming you're referring to the door to the storeroom you're supposed to go to to end the mission.)
I was so annoyed at having to ghost the mansion before
I was sent off to the forest that when I returned to the mansion with blackjack in hand, I made a point of BJing every blankety-blank guard and servant in the mansion. After that, given that it was a wooden door, I made quick work of it with my sword.- prjames

I'm stuck. I have found and placed three ju jus, I think it is the earth one I am missing. I cannot find the new staircase which people have said appears in the temple area (I think there is more than one temple area, but I can't find all of them now). Can anyone point me where to go please?

To find the Earth Ju Ju, go to the portal tree, come out of the portal which is inside a tree where an ape beast is patrolling.
Go all the way to the bottom to the tree beast grove and then in there you'll find the earth ju-ju on a plinth.
There is only one temple but it is damaged so you need to go outside to get into part of it.
When you've got two ju-ju's in place a new area on the inside wall of the temple opens up it looks very similar to what appeared when you opened the area to the fire ju-ju. It's in the "main" temple area I think, near the zombie lying on the ground.
