I haven't come across any Holy Water. Where can I find some if that is what I need?
Tannar on 25/9/2009 at 02:40
Actually now that I think about it more, I seem to remember just whacking him with my sword. I definitely remember sneaking around behind him.

I tried beating him to death with the sword but I get webbed before I get in 3 or 4 hits.

I'm sorry, it's just been too long since I played it and too many missions since then. :p I do have a distinct memory of sneaking up behind him though. Perhaps someone will come along who remembers it better than I do.

just dl'd this from thiefmissions - BUT - it says it is 25.9 MB, that's a good bit bigger than 18 MB! :wot:
so whassup with this?
Sticky Fingers on 5/10/2009 at 02:27
The Circle, thiefmissions.com & The Keep all list it at 25.9Mb, & my copy is the same.
Then again, clearing finds all kinds of things on the 'net...;) :laff:

Garrett's Shadow, you means Ultima Ratio or Mysterious Invitation V2?
Garrett's Shadow on 13/11/2009 at 00:36
can't even start this one! :erg:
i boot it up to the screen with the start window - and as soon as i click on Ultima Ratio - it crashes to desktop! :wot:
ok - seems to be a corrupt dl from thiefmissions - i removed it from darkloader - re dl'd it from thiefmissions - same thing!
removed it again - dl'd it from ttlg - seems to be working!
(maybe whoever runs thiefmissions should check out his copy of this one?)
-------------------------------------------------------------
and right off the bat -
what by all that is holy is meant by the addition to the expert difficulty of:
"Except for your special visits and friends" - HUH?
(not to mention that even in "normal" and "hard" that objective is totally vague! what is civilised? no kills? 2? 4? 6? 12?)
