Key 1:
Look for a key in the Captain's office, next to the barrack. It will lead you to the first key.Key 2:

Just one question..I used the speed potion to get on top of the starting room rock,from the tunnel...on my return from the end cave....is there anything to do on top of that rock...like a secret? or loot?

That was fully intentional.

I couldn't find the keys, didn't want to backtrack and quit. just diluting the positive feedback a bit :p

Overseer's office (the circular cave room, with a couple of big book shelves and a desk). Read the book on desk (talks about the Capt. and him hiding the sanctuary keys...) - this should give you enough to then find key :)
