@Chiron: It opens the way into the house. Just follow the passage in the crypt and you will come to an opening into the wine cellar.
@Esme: Hint: Where would you expect a "cook" to hide something?

These are the missions I like, 'cuz then I don't have to go to the forum and ask for hint after hint :) The only thing I couldn't find was the objective about Argutt's destiny. I'm guessing that would be behind the locked metal door in the cellar & I couldn't find a key for it :(
Need a hint/spoiler for that...
