Why is Lord Marbaby spying on the cook?
There is a drilled peephole connecting his room to the cook's room.
Also, I knew there was something really wrong when I entered the manor early in the FM and there was a skeleton arm on the kitchen cutting board table.
Is there any possible way to ghost this mission?

Yes, it is possible, as long as you don't
grab one urn in the basement. It's not too easy to ghost though.

Thanks, Tanner.
The problem seems to be at the beginning, where there does not seem to be any shadows to get by. After that it seems ghostable.
A decoy noise might be employed at the beginning, but that would not be a true ghosting of the mission.
I will look more carefully there, and see if I can find a way to get by without even alerting the guards in any fashion.

It's all about the timing. ;)

If you hug the outer wall and time your movements so that the archer's back is turned when you move, the worst that will happen is a first alert from the stationary guard by the front doors (though I made it more than once with no alert at all). Also, when you approach the area near the front doors you can use the narrow shadows cast by the trees for cover.

Hmm, even
I have been able to ghost the beginning of the mission to the catacombs and as some of you know, I'm the noobiest Thief player ever. :cheeky:

What does the switch behind wine barrel in cellar do?
Tannar on 31/1/2010 at 23:09
It opens the door to the passage leading to the crypts.
