Thanks for the help everyone, just finished it and it was beyond amazing. I took a bunch of screenshots and, even as horrible as I am at such things, they all look incredible. Thanks for the FM nicked!
Also, just out of curiosity, is there a way back into Daihotep's tomb after you grab his staff and fall down into the maze? Luckily I had a hard save just before this point, but as far as I can tell if you don't grab the heart before this point you're kinda screwed...

What's about the beam to rope up to in the spike room. I can't see any point to rope up too.

There is a wooden beam just peaking over the edge of the ramp where you go up that you can rope up to. This is the spike trap with the dead guy at the bottom. *NOT* the room where you found the book of the dead.

Gloria - you mean the one with the scarab? look closely at the stone beams: they have wooden bases. you'll need to use two arrows to get on top, though
I have destroyed the heart! I was kind of hoping that would kill the other zombies, too, but no luck :( even the Pharaoh zombies can still wake up if you get too close to them
I have relics 2, 3, and 4 - nickie hinted at Daihotep's tomb area, but I'm not sure that will help me (I believe that's where I found #3, above)

I got here
looking down at a floor with spikes, from the area with the tall bricks to climb up to the sfynx's area with the coffins ..... now I'm back and from the dead man's area I walked towards the room with the spikes beneath. I really can't find ANY wooden beam around here. I must be blind. :confused:
How do I get across?
