Yes, there is one (and only one) mine bulb in the mission. In the basement of the abandoned house, in a crate. ;)

Go outside (in the direction of the tavern), the stairs down, crouch under the stairs and search there for an entrance. There is a switch near the ground.

Alright, playing through on the highest setting and have almost completed everything, but I'm still confused about the note about the theory of diamonds encapsulated in dirt or rock and extracting with lava. Is it possible to do this in the game? I found the big rubble rock in the forest and took that to the kitchen and dropped in the lava. I tried every other pot and had no luck. Any hints for that one?
