I managed to fix the broken zips using winrar's repair function; that said, I've no place to put them. :(

Do you mean that you don't know to what folder on your hard disk you should unpack the archives, or do you want to place the repaired Zip files somewhere on the internet, but don't know where?
For the first question, I have two possible answers.
For the second - ask the original author (bikerdude) for permission first, then try to contact someone from the known FM download sites (KoMaG, Southquarter and so on). It would be a good idea to include some instructions in that case as well, since not anyone can guess what (s)he has to do with the sound patches in order to really use them.

I have finished writing the instructions (and testing them). Thus, everything is ready.
As far as I (and Google) know, there is no functioning download link there anymore. Bikerdude's internet page was the only one hosting the patches. I can send you the instructions and the two files containing the patches via e-mail if you want. You could send me your e-mail address in a PM (avoiding to disclose the address to any spammer around here). I will send you the instructions and two zip files (about 14 megabytes in size), then.
I am not familiar with file uploading sites like Filefront or Imageshack, therefore I'd rather not choose this path to send the files on their way.
