Can someone please tell me how do get into the rolling head room. I am at the room after the painting puzzle. There is a blue barrier that i do not know how to open it. Also the room upstairs the gate is also closed. I got a orange key after the skull puzzle but cannot find out what it opens. And a room where there is a thief and zombies up high is also locked. Also what do i do with the sleeper and keeper medallion please?
This game really needs a complete walkthrough.

The orange key is one of two you will eventually need to progress. You get the other after the upstairs 'head basketball' puzzle. They are used in locks past the fire beams you need to crouch and jump past.
Do you have the Sleeper and the Keeper medallions? You do not do anything special
with them, but there are objectives to get them.
If you do not have them:
To grab the Sleeper, you need a particular glove. Look high up in the room with the red pentagram. To find the Keeper medallion, look high up in the painting puzzle corridor.

I cannot seem to find where the fire beams are. Are they in the main area or one of the side rooms please?

From the exit of the painting puzzle, go into the next room and through the door straight ahead.
I do not remember having problems opening the doors you mention. There may be a switch or two (on the wall) to pull in the room after the painting puzzle, I think.
