I played the mission and managed
to punch in the four digits and got the room to open that contains the "other new paintings I used not relevant to gameplay". The vortex slowly comes down and disappears in the courtyard. I have not found any loot, I die if I return to the entrance courtyard, and an invisible barrier prevents me from climbing the stairs. What am I supposed to do next?
(And yes, I have saved games and loaded games, right after I
entered that new room and after the vortex disappeared even though you noted that affects the music. I'm hoping it doesn't affect gameplay.)

Hi PrJames,
I don't believe that there is a way to continue the mission after the vortex drops all the way. I could be mistaken. It only takes
a minute to gather all of the tools, and loot. As far as the stairs being blocked off, the foyer you are in to end the mission is just for ending it.

I can confirm too, all I use is Darkloder and the images weren't visible until I disabled the EP. This is concerning because I always assumed custom FM content would override the EP. Now I'm wondering where else this has happened and I just wasn't aware of it. Is there a way to change or fix this and still use Darkloader? In general, I prefer DL to FMSel.
And I'm having no luck viewing the codes, but I'll keep trying... :(
Thats the same I described some posts above yours - I hope there will be sorted out a way to disable the override by EP-pack over FM content with Darkloader as I prefer to use it too...

I do not show the magic eyes either. I have a clean install from the original cd and then I ran the latest taffers patch to update it. I use the latest darkloader to run.

Damm, Ravenhook is also blind in his left eye due to war, i´m starting to think that war is no fun business, and i grew up playing with war toys and planning to join the army...better put up with the ladies at home :p
Terry look the spoilers above, they indicate what the pictures contain.

Yes, I prefer to use DarkLoader exclusively too (the best front end for mods I've ever seen though I wish it had a field to sort by author too) so I'll wait until there's a fix to play this FM in DarkLoader. FM Selector confuses the **** outta me. The setup, that is. I loved that vortex slowly creepy down at the beginning. Puts a little grip on your balls and just keeps squeezing, despite the fact that no one really likes "timed missions" but it forces us to think fast, die quick or reload an ungodly number of times. We've become too soft in our game playing habits these days. Nice to return to the more brutal days of hardcore gaming... for a little while at least. ;)
It never occurred to me until reading this thread that some people just won't be able to see the 3D effects, even if their brain is fully capable of it, because they lost their binocular vision :(

Oh, I misunderstood maybe. I thought there was a problem with your custom portraits not showing up in DL. No?
