I may have missed this being answered, or maybe I'm just blind..I just started playing again, (been at work 72 hours straight) and I can't find my way out of town. I went to the pub, got the castle key, and now I'm just wandering around. Climbed through a window and got some gold, but that's the only success so far. What am I missing?

the betadine is at the place where a guard is walking. Check out the upper doorpost on the left of the winevcellar. A panel on the opposite should open up.:angel:
Gloria I got what ever was in that secret area maybe I need the other infirmary item did the betadine look like a cup or mug? if so I got that one. I need the one that goes in the right shelf in the infirmary.
is there a list for these items???

72 hours of work?! damm that's hard, at least you have a job :)
As for the first mission, have you got inside the castle?

the items for infirmary are:
in the bathroom next to Bishop Carmac room behind the reaper painting next to the wine cellar, check for a tiny switch above the wine cellar thresholdthis one can be found below the Angel of Deat hstatue, to move it find a switch in the guards room which is next to it, and the switch can be found in the metal wallpwl on 8/6/2015 at 23:42

No, I'm still wandering around town. I found the fruit stand that highlights, the entrance blocked by a caged door, and a handle I can't frob.
I'm a flight paramedic. We get to sleep at work :)

ahhh so the key you found was not the castle but the key from Cael Mansion, you'll only get the Castle key once you have aided the 4 guests at Marissas's house, have you talked to them? you can find them in the rooms of the attic next to the starting point.
Damm you have a hard job , but its very important to save lives, i admire people that have nerves and stomach to work with emergency accidents.

yes i know some of the readables are long, i just wanted to make the city more believable, try to have a more complete plot.
