I'm in the tombs area where it says "every tomb must have decoration"...I have six ...how do you get the decorations into the tombs and how do you know which one should go where or doesn't it matter??
Finally worked out how to set them down whilst on the ladders I am now just short of one famine jar any hints please.

Hi Duncan, glad to have you here playing my new fm, as for the jars remains locations:

I have collected all the jars, but 2 of them. Going by the hints, I know that they must be in the
main area of the 4 horsemen. I found one on the steel beams, one on the floor to the left as you come in and go down a ramp (NW corner), and one somewhere else I cannot remember. I have spent over an hour looking for the last 2 and cannot see them. Gamma is full up. Are they in the ceiling or on top of the huge metal overhang? I have collected all the jars from the other areas. I am missing the last 2 jars in the famine area in the back (NE corner). Can anyone help out with the exact locations of the main room jars that I have not yet found? Thanks.
Edit - OK, found another jar
Remains of dead bees. I just need the jar for the far left pedestal for famine. I may be mistaken and have collected only one jar from the pestilence area. I'm pretty sure
I collected 2 there though. I got 3 for the war area. and 2 in the other. I am nearly sure that I need to find the last jar in the main area.
Hi Bjack i believe you missed another jar from the Pestilence area, most players miss that one:
the location of the other jar is a reflection of the other, that said it means the jar is located in a similar position in the pestilence tomb

I found it just before you posted and deleted my post. This FM is causing me to make sure I take inventory :joke: I am playing the first release, so I now just got the death talisman bug. I'll have to restart with v1.0 and redo the whole thing, since my saves will not work. Oh well, I took the chance.
I recommend that anyone playing the first release to stop and restart with a newer version. I've treid a number of tricks to see if I can get the fire talisman to not disappear, short of opening up things in DromEd. Since there are a few other bugs that I have not yet come up to, I will just restart. I'll skip replaying the first mission and start the 2nd. I think I was about 80% done too. My fault for not listening :D

I´m really sorry about the bugs in the first version, i confess i rushed a bit with the betatesting. I should have warned the players to make a savegame before entering the 4 apocalypse horsemen tombs.
But now with 1.0 i haven't received any reports of any bug with the death talisman. i also tested myself 3 times and i didn't encounter problems.
keep in mind thought that savegames from older version 0.1 or 0.2 won't work with the latest version, it will assume the old version.

No worries Pedro. I marathon played the second mission on v1.0 and was just short about 400 or so total loot on completion (e.g. I got enough for the requirement on expert). I have to say you toned down the AI. They seem really easy to kill, even if alerted. I am used to FM makers using settings that mean instant kill if alerted or attacked any way, except is silently attacked from behind. Thanks for being kind.
Overall, a pretty advanced game. I could not have solved the game though without a couple of the book and 1 skull spoiler. For instance, why should the moss urn be shot with more moss? Maybe that was in a readable I did not remember or pay close attention to. Another big challenge for me, as it is in other similar FMs, is when a secret or switch is activated, it helps if the thing that opens is sort of near the switch and not 50 meters away ;) Oh well, it just meant I needed to hunt more.
Thanks for all the effort on this FM. It is a good one. Different than many and refreshing in some ways. Cheers. :D

Damm you are using an EP patch i can see that hammer banner over there.
The readame file warns not to use any EP patch as well as the first post of this thread. testers have faced bugs with EP patch, but the worst is to see alot of my work gone when players install it.
This is how it should look like:
Inline Image:
http://s22.postimg.org/fk7i1f7bl/dump015.jpgi had a lot of work editing t2 textures to fit well with those maps, playing with ep patch is just going to make the places unaesthetic.
I don't know why you guys make such a big deal with EP patch is just an improvement for the thief 2 game not for the missions. Not to mention that clouds textures look like squares with EP or necroage patch.

it is possible to hear things moving for those switches, but one has to have the volume sound higher or pay attention. I didn't make those undead easier on 1.0 , maybe you you dealt with them easier this time. as for the object with moss, the moss is below the object , even if the object had moss around its physics one could imagine that the secret door would close after a certain period of time. it's a fiction afterall.
Thanks for playing, and i hope you haven't played with EP patch installed.
