when you come up from the elevator there is a door leading outside to a low fence, take the boxes and jump over. you will teleport to the room.:thumb:

[SPOILER]In the area down from that balcony, there are two frobbable torch levers. The first is next to the well, it opens its floor for access to that flodded tunnel. Then I got a crate next to Hampton's office, transported it under the second lever, which is next to the doors where the treebeasts are, and that got me just high enough to frob it. However, I do not know what it does.:erg: [/SPOILER]

Me neither. I can't figure out what, if anything, it does though. Has anybody discovered a way to open the end of the underwater tunnel from the Music room side?
