Hmm. I tested with Tos in A Thief's Holiday 2004, and that one had issues with the victrola. I thought maybe it was just the mission itself, but it sounds like it isn't based on what you just said.

No, I mean normal victrolas like these in Angelwatch. ;)
sNeaksieGarrett on 12/2/2009 at 16:08
What do you mean "normal victrolas" ? we're talking about the same thing.
PsymH on 12/2/2009 at 16:42
Sorry, perhaps im unsure. :erm: I thought that the technique of the victrolas in "Thief's Holiday 2004" and in the OMs are different.
sNeaksieGarrett on 12/2/2009 at 16:50
Actually you're right. I didn't put much thought into it, but yes, the victrola in Thief's Holiday is different. In the OMs they already have discs on them for playing, but in Holiday you have to frob a record and then frob the victrola.

Are these reported already?
-Sometimes both host and client can pickup loot infinite times (loot doesn't disappear)
-Equipment count doesn't match what was actually bought in barter screen. At least on Host. Happened one time so far.
-As a client I doused fire in fireplace with water arrow in first mission (fireplace with hidden wedding ring). For the Host, fire in fireplace was still lit and his visibly gem was bright.
I also sended two crash reports using Bug report thingie in Thief MP homepage. I hope they went through.

Finally got the chance to play a muilt-player game just now in fact, and GREAT Work.. Better then i thought though (Though i was playing with someone that can't get far at all on thief cause they just aren't very good at sneaking ¬_¬) And the main problem i found, which you probebly know about, is syncing with Player Locations and sometimes with NPC. Even though i was the host, sometimes NPCs just seam to jump a bit to the side. and Sometimes, the client's character appeared in the wrong place (like on top of a crate he was in fact next to). Minor stuff really so keep up the great work ^_^
You got your God-hood from coming this far, lets hope you can get it so far you BECOME the master Builder ^_^

Hi ManicMan!
Well, I noticed that as well. It has to do with networking I believe, and it didn't seem that jumpy in previous builds.
RavynousHunter on 21/2/2009 at 02:21
Probably more overhead in this build.

ah, Oh i also noticed on Shipping, that i fired a moss arrow at the walkway grating and the moss arrow seamed to go right though the to the ground below and i fired a flash bomb and it didn't seam to effect the AI.. but both of them might have been a small mistake on my part.. though i was sure i hit the right place and the bomb was clearly in front of the guy... oh well.. like i said, that is probebly blame on my side not the patch ^_^
