davidsung and me tried "A Keeper of the Prophecies - The Insurrection", but this level is unplayable for two reasons: First the host has massive FPS drops. Then the Desyncing is very high. Have you a idea what can causes this? Maybe you can check this mission to see, if this problem appears to you, too?

I think I mentioned before that Tos is working on another project so he hasn't had time to do anything with this right now, but he hasn't forgotten about it.
I talked to him about the joining in-between missions thing, he said that shouldn't be too hard to do, so you might see it in the next release, whenever that may be.
@PsymH: I seem to recall another FM we played had a similar problem. I don't remember the name but it took place in a swamp, and as soon as the mission loaded I *think* one of the player's (can't remember if it was the host) framerates took a dump. It also desynced as soon as one of us moved. It was related to some object or creature on the map, and when it was fixed we played through the mission a fair bit but weren't able to complete it due to the fact rope arrows didn't work back then.
Another FM had a problem where the game would always desync near this one creature that was a group of flies...or something
anyhow, judging from previous experiences it's probably related to a specific object in the FM and shouldn't be too tough to fix whenever Tos gets a chance.

Forgive me if it's been answered or asked, but is there a way to play through the Thief Gold missions or is this Thief 2-only?

Thief 2 only. It's the only one that has the basic Network code laid out in DromEd, and the files to work with.

You can always play Thief Gold conversions in Thief 2 and you get the multiplayer experience in that way.
You can create such conversions on your own by opening the Thief Gold missions you already own in T2 dromed and doing some cleanup work (basically replacing a lot objects and textures) to make them T2 playable. No comment on any other way to get them.

That old argument. You don't own them, you own licensed copies, and you only own each license per purchased copy.

The reason it is illegal is because we:ve been explicitly told that it is illegal to convert from thief gold to thief 2. but you could do it, just dont go blabbing about it, etc.
