Well, considering Tos hasn't posted in the last 9 months or so, I'd say it probably is, but I can't confirm that. My thinking is he either has it on the backburner right now (that is, he's working on other projects) or he lost interest. Course, I may be wrong, it'd be great if he came in here and posted.

Playing this mod with a friend and its very nice.
Can someone recommend some FM's which are great for MP-Coop (2player) and work properly?
We have now played:
Thief2campaign: - works mostly good; glitches sometimes appear after a while of gaming and require a complete restart; some scripts (e.g. at eavesdropping) need to be run by the Host or it crashes
- a few missions dont allow save/load (crashes when loading) - e.g. in Trace the Courier
- in some missions readables dont work (mostly quest related ones like those containing codes for doors etc.)
t2x: works better than the original thief campaign, but saving/loading does not work in most of the missions
FM Seven sisters: - works great - saving/loading also works fortunately; quest relevant things should be done by the host and most of the readables cant be read by the client
However in Night 3 (mission3) of this minicampaign there is a bug which dont allows the players to proceed -> when destroying the 2 hearts the objective will not be fulfilled and the "door" in the temple at the graveyard will not open up. It only works when doing it alone without a client. The solution for that is the fact, that the engine/mod somehow can load asynchronous savegames and handle the resulting games, if they are not too different from each other. This happens because savegames are stored on both computers and it will load them even if they are a bit different (only the slot matters, he will even try to load them if their are completly different savegames from different missions, but this will result in a crash). For example a host can proceed in a game alone, doing some things (taking some loot etc.), saving it - and then it can be loaded together with a client who still has the old savegame, but the client will have less loot than the host and the taken loot will still be there for the client (but he cant take it).
So when using this for Seven Sisters you should do the following: The host saves a game when he still haves both hearts. He then gives this particular savegame to the client, who put it in his saves ordner (/netsaves). Then both host a game for themselves with this save and sacrifice the hearts in the seed, fulfilling the objective. Then both save the game on the same gameslot. Then the Host again starts a game, the client joins and then the host loads this gameslot. This should work and the objective should be fulfilled on both players.
This trick may be useful also in other FM's i guess. o;

The site is not working and I cannot download it. Does anyone have an alternate mirror? I would really like to play Thief 2 MP.

Try "When Still..." campaign. It has very-very large maps!

Me and my friend used to play MP successfully but the third player can't join the game (he is unintentionally disconnected from the game). Is there any solution for that?
The build was 210. Will try 218 later.

Without further information, it is hard to tell what the problem is. Specifically, what does it say on the screen when the third player is disconnected? Are you guys trying a FM or an OM?
Also a good way to check on the problem is to look in the thief 2 multiplayer log file, which has a .log extension.

We could play with 3 players without any serious problem. Use the newer version!
