Yes, I got fog in 32bit and 64bit versions of Win7

Hopefully Sio2 finds a solution. I'm jealous of all the people who have fog working on Win7. Damn, do these people have fast food chains? How can someone afford such an overpriced OS?

I've never bought an OS, only a new system... getting a Dell Zino box in a few weeks with Win7 64 to use as a media center PC/BluRay player.

Windows 7 is $ 200, I can not say that it is very expensive.
BTW, you can download os and test it, you don't need to pay for it for 30 days, some king of trial mode.

now by clean do you mean you have run a drive cleaner such as nasty file remover after uninstalling the gfx driver..?
Sorry I ignored it for a while.
By clean I mean uninstall drivers, restart in safe mod, use driver cleaner, plus registry clean (manually), plus directory clean, then restart and install new ones.

You dont have to be that extreme, no need for safe mode or a reg clean. Just do the following -
* Uninstall the gfx driver (cancel auto reboot request from uninstaller)
* Run driver cleaner
* reboot
* Install new driver
* reboot

I'm going to be doing a wipe/reinstall on my computer soon (going from Win7 RC to Win7 final) so hopefully that will get me some full-time fog :)

That's a nice deal if you plan to buy a $2000.00 computer with a 10 million dollar house. :rolleyes:
Still tho, not to rush him, but has Sio2 came up with any ideas yet? My dillema with the Intel gm965 is getting tiresome.

It is my method of doing things and I like to be like you say Extreme and have the purest reinstall, because that is just me. But for most users your method is very sufficient as well:thumb:
