I really enjoyed this mission. I got my ghost on and almost pulled off an ironman run as well.
Only one bust as I roped up to grab the LC jar on the shelf on the ground floor. The dude in the green shirt saw me through the door...I didn't know he was in there! Got 7 secrets and about 2100 in loot. I'll go back and hunt down the rest of the secrets later today.
I'm sorry for reporting back so late but I was in Augsburg for a couple of days to take part in a meeting of the german Thief forum.
First I want to apologize for the trouble caused by the gen.osm script that didn't work for some of you. Actually this is not my fault but I should have mentioned to update your standard Thief 2 scripts to the most recent version :o
But
ghost_in_the_shell was kind enough to provide a solution already:

IMPORTANT UPDATE!
I discovered that my recent instal of Thief2 suffered from the old problem of some basic scripts not working properly in some releases of T2. I replaced gen.osm in my T2 folder with the one I got some time ago distributed by RSoul (according to readme file). Then my problems went out - copy machine now works :D
So it was a problem with original scripts again. I forgot that my version of Thief suffers from that and replacing gen.osm is necessery, even after full instal.
I guess the problem I talk about is the one described (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125660&highlight=traptimedrelay+gen.osm) in this thread...
Thanks for that!
It seems as some of you have trouble with the cargo-label objective on expert, therefore some advices
how I would do it:
- when you come across a labeled crate, note down its number on your map
- each merchant keeps a list of his crates and the value of each crate, add this value to the information on your map
- before you use any label: be sure to know what amount you need in total
- keep in mind that there a several combinations of crates possible
And thanks for all the positive feedback, I'm glad that you've enjoyed the mission after all :thumb:

Just finished this!
What a fun level to ghost and some really well thought out AI patrols as well as warehouse design!
Thanks for a very enjoyable experience, intruder! :)

There aren't any more to find. You need to be careful where you place them so you hit the required total exactly. I'm afraid you'll have to go back a bit and check the sums. :)
Really? That's just picky and really brings down an otherwise excellent mission. A few extra, carefully hidden by an accomplice, would be appropriate.

actually it was my own stupid fault for not paying attention, the instructions were easy enough to understand, I just forgot about them and got carried away sticking labels on crates :o

I played on expert only, but I assume this part is the same on every level.
Did you examine the
small closet near the staircase in the offices area ?
You should read the
notes there.
First you need to find and use the
silver gear that servers as key for that door, though.

Yes, everything is the same apart from the objectives and the equipment.
bluclint:Maybe it's due to the fact that you can open only one depot at once. As soon as you change the code, the most recent opened door will close. Pay attention that you don't press a numbered button after you've opended a door since this will corrupt the code and result in the door closing again...
