I don't think this one is ghostable. Some guards are impossible to sneak by. But isn't destruction like that allowed for a ghosting try since it's nessecary to destroy something to advance?

instead of producing a ruckus with your sword, you can pick up the hammer in front of the cave entrance and just throw it onto the brittle wall once. It's much less racket and, if you're lucky, it doesn't alert the guard.
