ManicMan - you've still got to unlock the gate behind the barrier; sorry, but can't remember whether that needs lockpicks or the 'Town Key'.
ManicMan on 11/11/2009 at 17:57
sounds like maybe Town key... Wonder where that one is...
ManicMan on 11/11/2009 at 18:08
might not be that key then.. i thought i had a key from there and since i don't have it any more, i must have been used...
EDIT:
Seams to be a case that it's just not triggering.. the Town Key seams used to get in to the town in the first place and the only key i got that can still be used (hasn't been throwned automatically) is the Access Key so.. i guess it is a case of problem again.. It's them Dark Zone creatures... i had this problem the last time i meet them...

Sticky Fingers on 11/11/2009 at 20:52
Garrett's Shadow - you have to 'use' the relics to get out; search below where the relic was guarded by the keeper runes.
(Sorry - you don't get to keep those :cheeky: )

Sticky Fingers on 11/11/2009 at 22:06
GS - the key for the power station (not the Electricity Plant in Old Town) is in the 1st room - with bones scattered around - after leaving the mountain; this was where I got caught out (look up).

looked up - and
key bit me - rite in my big nose!
(damn skelly arm,
hangin in a web and dangling the bloody thing right above me like it was saying "this what you lookin for ya taffer"!)
now i have
access key - and i guess i run around looking for
wherever i have'nt been into yet!
(oh yah -
old town electric!)
------------------------------------------------------------------
all done!
EXCELLENT MISSION!
I swear - games/missions/etc. like these should be required study handed out to new teams when they are picked to start developement on a new game. So that the dev's can get it right from the git go!
HB - i did'nt like the end either - but as you said, we are'nt supposed to!
Thing is, for me, every single FM IS a different Garret, each is it's own reality in the multi-verse of Thief!
Some of which are very close to the original reality we all know and love, and others differ from just slightly to way the hell out there in a twilight zone of Thief existence!
Hell, even some of the Garretts are NOT EVEN GARRETTS! One was a female merchant captain, one was a paranormal investigator, one a young Hammerite acolyte at a Hammer academy, and yet another was a young kid who had his life upended when he had to flee his small port town cuz of a different un-dead invasion!
(also - there's another that i have'nt worn the shoes of yet - a
merchant (of all things!))
So, in an infinite universe, specially one that's "of the mind" (imagination) -
ANYTHING GOES!
