t2x with latest fixes and newdark?

Is it possible? How would I go about installing T2X in a most modern way? :)

I think Shadows of the Necro Age with Taffer Patcher is the best option:

-run the T2 FM shortcut, double click T2x

which I tried awhile back and worked well but obviously doesn't have the Necro touch.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the question, but why don't you just use the
T2X version optimized for New Dark?

That link gave me a message "Traffic limit exceeded!" I suppose I should check in again later? Is this the most modern way to install T2X? Is it the latest version?

@Kristjonas - grab it from link I posted above, right after Chiron's post. It's definitely the easiest way to play T2X with New Dark. Just make sure your Thief installation is up to date using Tafferpatcher.

Just to make sure everything is 100% clear - the version of T2X that I and Chiron are recommending is actually T2X in FM form. It's a FM like any other that you play through Darkloader or FMSel.

Thanks, I needed that clarification... I haven't played Thief FMs for like 7 years.
So which is the preferable way/program to play them now? I have T2+latest tafferpatcher already installed.
