I am at the part where I have to put certain artifacts in certain places in different parts of the City.
Problem: I am supposed to put the Crown (from the Sunken Citadel mission) in the storage area at the base of the Clocktower in what the game says is the part of the City of Stonemarket Proper. Trouble is that the Clocktower is located in Stonemarket Plaza and this is after it has been destroyed so I don't know where the storage area is as the 'base' is gone. Can anyone who has played the Original Mission of this game tell me where I am supposed to put the Crown? Is it in Stonemarket Proper minus the Clocktower reference or Stonemarket Plaza and where would this storage area be?
Thanks for any ideas.

If you have a look on the game map, I'm pretty sure it's in stonemarket proper, up to the very northeast there is a dead end (methinks there was a barrell on the map to signify the storage area).

At the end of the alley just past the back door of the gem cutter. :o)

It's in Stonemarker Proper. Just look for the Hag - she's right there:thumb:

:laff: "help, i've fallen and i can't get up!"
what would be the thief equivalent of one of those things old people wore around their necks in the 80s where you press a button and an EMT comes and helps you back up? a bell?

During Thief 1, the hammers would arrive and finish the job the builder started ("He hath tripped yonder old urchin, so that we mayeth smite the heathen")
In Thief 2 the City Watch would check wether they are IMPORTANT or not, that is rich, noble etc.
If not, then they would be used for Truant and his evil trade with Karras.
Or for all of the Thief series:
Somebody would yell:" Murder!" or " It was garrett" or " He has a bow"
Any which way, the lawyers of the old person would sue you.

It only works when she's running down stairs, not on plain ground :)
You should use a noise arrow to get her up the stairs, throw an oil flask, use another arrow to make her run down the stairs again.
