I'm stuck in the level 'Inner Quarters' and have been for months, even though I am told that my objectives are completed it wont end the mission. I have retraced every inch of the level but it just does'nt end!
I downloaded some savegames to try to get to the next level but have no idea how to put them into my saves file.
I'm fairly fed up and appreciate any help explained easily to a non techie person born long before the invention of the modern pc and totally unschooled in basic IT.

For this you only need to know how to open folders :joke:
Thief 3 saved games should be in your My Documents folder, just download whatever saved game and pop it in.
BTW what are you having problems with? Inner Quarter as in inside of The Cradle? Which level is it?

Yep, I have downloaded the file and then opened up my documents and dragged the file across but it doesent show up in the 'load' facility within the game.
I had to download through File Planets own downloader which does not give a choice of where to put the file.
I cant find the file in the usual places like Eidos or Circle of Stone as the links take you to fileplanet. If I had a source that would go through my DAP downloader then I could select where to place the file.
What happened was that I was fairly in the game when I cleaned out 'my documents' and deleted my saves......why Storm deceided to put the saves there and not with the other files I dont know.
I deceided to play again from the beginning but when I got to the second level; Inner Quarters, and completed my objectives I just could'nt get out again.
Tis a puzzle to be sure.:)

I have had the same problem. After I have put my saves back in the appropriate folder I cant seem then in-game.
I shall investigate some more, Im suyre someone already knows the answer to this though.

nb. Ive just spotted something - I use Garretloader to play T3, So you have to remember there is a folder called 'allsaves'and then a zIp file in there called "saves_Original.zip" Now the dates on the files are much older than the was in my T3 savegames folder - so Im assuming this is just a backup thet GL greates etc.
