Thank you nightwalker. I found the second secret too now. But still I can't find the [SPOILER]key to that backdoor on the ground floor. And what does that lever in the office do? There is one main electricity switch and another one next to it.[/SPOILER]
I am at 90% in loot now too. But I would really like to see what lays behind that door.... Help Rantakoooo!! :)
by the way, I know that mecheye bug. It occured for me when I changed the texture that should be used. Perhaps this is a tiny hint for you, which helps fixing it.

I'm stuck at 88% loot but I gave up looking last night. I'll have another look around today to see if I can spot anything I've missed.
Edit:I found one more item which took me up to 92% so I finally completed the mission. This is a truly excellent T3 FM. It kept me going for several hours and it was a lot of fun to play. It was really nice to have secrets to look for (though I'd still love to find out where that third one is!).

Keep at it...I had a bad lag to start...but once you get to part 2 it will be darker...less light to render puts less of a strain on things.

I had to reduce my settings to lowest detail too... But later as the lights went out it was mostly playable.

I can't play this mission. It crashes in loading screen.
BTW, do I have to run Run Thief3SoundAddOn.exe? I don't want to mess witch csc files. BTW, any changes in csc files will mess up other language versions of TDS...

I didn´t install Thief3SoundAddOn.exe. Everything worked fine, so i think its not neccesary.

Sounds like you have run T3ED before. If the title background is missing too it is that bug. Just use the thief 3 launcher tool to start thief 3. Should work fine! But I guess you checked on that yet...

Thief3SoundAddOn.exe is needed for the custom conversation - if you don't run it no sounds will be played in the conversation. Everything else works without it, though. The program keeps your old csc file too, so you can delete the new one and use the old one again after playing, if you want.
