You came across that old bug did you. It would appear that the final script sometimes does not trigger, what causes this glitch is unknown, but the usual solution to scripts not triggering in T3 is to re-install your T3 game entirely, I remember experiencing that bug myself and re-installing the game actually did work.

Thanks for the information on the bug. I hope this won't become a problem in further T3 fan missions I want to play this year. My copy of T3 is in storage right now and I cannot reinstall the game without it.

I can't remember it ever happening with me apart from this mission, not to say it can't though.
