I went to the Hammers room as JonesCrusher recommended and can't figure out what I'm supposed to find here to help me get to where the ghost is.

Go into either of the Hammer rooms look up at the rafters, you'll see a gap that you can reach with a couple of boxes between the roof and the wall. Mantle up, open the grill and Hey Presto! a short passage with a trapdoor in the floor.

Do you mean
Carry the 2 boxes at the end of the hallway back through the sliding bookcase into the ghost room and climb up on to them and climb back up into the trap door in the ceiling
if so
I didn't think Thief 3 allowed you to stack boxes like you can in Thief 2

Boxes can be stacked just like in the other games, though they're a bit "bouncier" thus more awkward to stack neatly than in T1+2.

Yay, I'm out...robbed the kitchen...but I'm still 13% loot short I got the tricky loot on the rafters in the ceiling room in the abandoned pub
but I can't for the life of me find anymore.:thumb::thumb:

I got 92% loot. Searched everything, but couldn´t find more. Is it actually possible to get 100%?

Kittycat and others......you may not have noticed another trapdoor above the balcony in the Old hotel pub room,the one with the hammer haunt....the balcony with the single pagan on it....I missed that the first time round and there is more loot there
