I picked a key off the Hammerite haunts belt, (the one sitting on a throne?) no idea who that was.. Don't know where that key goes,.

Someone please specify which portrait needs slashing because I've run everywhere slashing portraits, none hilite and none get slashed.

Ruyan's wand is where? I took a wand from that same Hammerite haunt but it was nothing, it wasn't loot or objective.

Also Titmar 's emerald I get that it's in his locked office?

Yes....but whilst doing the walkthroughs for T3 I discovered a T3 lootbug. This arises when an author places 2 or more of the same item in a mission but with differing values, which means the value of all those items are recorded in your inventory with the value of the first item you picked up. This often has a significant impact on your Final Loot Total.

Snobel is working on a fix which should be ready by this coming weekend, it will need to be beta tested against the 13 affected mission, after which we'll be releasing the walkthroughs for all T3 missions.

It's the door in the room in which you moved the bookcase to get into the Landlord's Study to get the Titmar Emerald....I can see where you have a mis-understanding in the walkthrough....I'll amend
