Earlier it says "You need not the City Library itself. You need to climb to the Library's roof. The key to the Library's Attic is on Robert house roof. It's better to climb at broken fence near the house. Then creep on the beam to the roof of the Robert house ground floor".
I can't make sense of this hint.
I have found the Enforcer's area on the Library roof, and put him to sleep with a gas arrow. There's a locked door behind him. I assume Robert's house is the one next door to the Library, with the note to Robert on the ground floor window ledge. But I can't find the broken fence near the house (presumably Robert's) where I'm supposed to start the climb, and since Robert's house has two stories and the destination is described as "the roof of the Robert house ground floor", I'm unclear where I'm supposed to be heading.
OK, I figured it out.
Robert's house is the one with the cavity above the beams, not the one beside th Library.

Somehow I am having problems with the key for Uncle Roberts house. I have it but the door won´t unlock? Is that an error or am I doing something wrong here?

Find the
Armory Shop. Turn to the left and climb at the wall to the roof. It will be a pagan secret there. You could see Robert's house from there.
