Stats:
* Expert difficulty
* 81 minutes
* 3 hints needed
Elements I liked:
* This mission, with its emphasis on puzzles over thieving, is a nice break between more standard missions.
* Every room is built with care, feels detailed and has great lighting.
* In the library, flying will-o'-the-wisps cause changing light conditions. This created tension as I tried to sneak around a terrifying enemy.
* I liked the Church puzzle the most: It is clear from the get-go what you must achieve, then it is fair challenge to find all the switches.
* Tiens updated the mission based on feedback from players and kept proper update notes.
Elements that could be improved:
* The mission has many secret switches that must be found. If you can't find one, you will be stuck.
* The Drunken Pub puzzle is way too difficult. Very few players will be able to solve that.
* The Sea Shore puzzle on the other hand is too simple.
* Expecting the player to remember that previously unused keyhole in the library which only works after you collected all five keys is a bit too much.
* The statues in the Bedroom for Visitors are not solid: You can walk through them.
* If you switch to the map, it shows the layout of the Blue Heron Inn.
Hints needed:
* Got the library key, but then missed the secret button that spawns the book that teleports you back to the bedroom.
* Could not solve the Drunken Pub puzzle.
* I had spotted the button on the pillar in the library before, but later did not remember it when I could not figure out a way to exit The Oldstone Castle after I had collected all five keys.
Bugs:
* Experienced several nonreproducible crashes to the desktop.
