Downloading now but boy does it take a long time, only 75,5 kb/sec takes it time.
I've been playing The Varyx Obelisk today and wow is this mission a treat. :thumb:

As with some of the other Russian missions - no clue (or I'm being real dense here - which could be a real possibility) on what the author's intent is for the player to do. I'll just wait (lazily) until my fellow thiefites figure it out and then go back in.
Looks good though & congrats on designing a very interesting Thief 3 mission...:thumb:

I found a few bugs....Firstly in the church room I discovered if you press the buttons a few times they stop working, I got stuck in there with the teleport book not working and all the switches not working either...
In the drunken pub room, I have no idea whatsoever, the scroll is quite unhelpful and have tried many different things but all to no avail, the idea of only one chance to get it right is rather unhelpful, I believe that once the fire lights on the cushion that is it game over?????

First of all, congratulations on your first T3 fm! :thumb:
Now a bunch of my general impressions about the gameplay:
1. Putting repetitive Garrett lines everytime you frob something is... repetitive and annoying. I'd try something else instead - sounds are good, you can also add some inscriptions, as a reminder for the player.
2. Level transitions - I'm not sure whether this was necessary, those places aren't that big, and changing levels under T3 is a bit annoying, why not to put simple teleports plus nice fade in/out script?
3. Lightning (The Library) - it looks really great and this light transition was an excelent idea! But: there are too many lights in there which "efficiently" kills the performance. I don't know what your graphic card is, but on my GF 7900 GT (default developers drivers) the framerate is quite poor in some spots:

Apart from above, I'm enjoying this one, it reminds me of America McGee's Alice a bit ;)
