Same here. Only 69% loot. Can anybody tell where[SPOILER]the keys to the following doors are?: Under the stairs going up to where the sleeping guard is..... At the top of the elevator..... and in the room where you find the diary.[/SPOILER]

If you mean Cabot's book, that goes into your inventory;
[SPOILER]That room's door has no key. Just check around for a switch to get out from where you came in.[/SPOILER]

Finished all other objectives, but only have 66% loot. A loot list would indeed be appreciated.
There are still a couple of doors I haven't found a key for: A door before Lt. Aulden's at the police station and the door closest to the stairs in the top floor of the mansion. Also I can't figure out how to get to the balcony inside the mansion near the entrance doors, with two (?) people patrolling.

I too have finished everything except the 90% loot requirement. I think I have the key to every door except Cabot's (which has no key in the game), yet I still have but 71%. I've been into every other house or building that has a frobbable door, too.
There must be an awful lot of loot that is hidden really, really well. Has anybody finished at 90%? Do we know for certain it's possible?
Jah, if you mean the balcony with one patrolling guy with a beard and one sitting guy, then face that balcony and look for a pickable door on your left; it leads to a stairway up to the balcony.
