It happened to me once in another Thief III FM, I had a black halo around my player's waist and got away only after updating the video drivers.
If you did that already and still have a problem try another video driver.

Oh just I recalled, if you have reinstalled from scratch and have no savegame, you might have troubles with garrettloader, start T3 normally get into the training mission, save and quit then try again.

Whatever I try with the given help posts, I can´t get it to run properly (the update and the old version). It´s very strange, I am in game, but I only see some sort of brownish polygons everywhere. In the screen with your equipment I see also something like a big fat polygon crystal instead of garretts picture? Is there a possibility that someone updates the zip again with a version that works for everyone? I really waant to try out this certainly cool mission :(

I guess it would be a lot easier if everyone tweaked his own computer until it works. I had no problems at all, despite John-P textures, T3Ed, TDS Tweaker 1.2 and some other crazy stuff that could turn out dangerous considering GL's circulation. I only changed the user.ini, something with a strange side-effect (there were all the intro movies again which I thought were removed by TDS tweaker...although I took the user.ini from the game directory), but I had no crashes at all.
I had a lot of them in Krellek's Labyrinth some days ago, though, something I fear I have to accept since I cannot check every little thing.

Congratulations CrackedGear! I really enjoy playing the FM.
I am desperately searching the mansion for a blackjack for it is damn hard to sneak by all that people running around the house by night (when do they sleep?).
Do I have any chance to find a blackjack in this FM?

Sadly, no. The author decided he wanted people to do a lot more sneaking so he only gave us the dagger.
I did that until I ended up slaughtering the crazy woman in the library so I could get the loot
over the fireplace; I ended up killing 3 to complete the mission - then to look for additional loot, I became an insane dagger murderer, killing everyone. :nono: BTW, anyone have a loot list for this mission? (I ended up with something like 96 or 97%.)
