I like many of the changes that New Horizon's Minimalist mod makes, but I don't like the HUD that comes standard with it. I've changed the Minimalist HUD to a more T3-style HUD - although less intrusive than the original T3 HUD. The rotating gears are still present, but scaled down. The HUD is illuminated with a dim-reddish glow instead of the default blue. I've also made some change so that the game no longer pauses when you're reading books and maps. I made these changes for myself, but maybe you'll also be interested in trying them out.
To install them, you must have the Minimalist mod already installed.
Download these two ini files I've altered:

Backup the default Minimalist files T3UILights.ini and T3UI.ini, both found in C:\Program Files\Thief - Deadly Shadows\System\. Then copy my two altered files to C:\Program Files\Thief - Deadly Shadows\System\, overwriting the existing files.
If something goes wrong, copy the backup default Minimalist files back to their original directory, overwriting my tweaked files.
I'd also really like to restore the health gems instead of the health "shields" (they always looked like bullets to me) from the first two games that the minimalist HUD includes. I haven't had the time to work out how to do this, though.
