Try inserting the scripts manually and then starting a new game rather than reloading?

No Vista, I'm using XP.
I haven't encountered any other script problems yet - at least none that I was aware of (played and finished 10 of the 13 contest missions).
The very few times I had script problems during the last years I could always solve it with manual script or osm installation. But not this time.
I even tried to play it completely without darkloader, the darkinst.cfg path is correct, I copied and pasted the actual scripts manually once more - although the proper ones were already there (of course I restarted instead of reloading). I played on different accounts ... Shortly said I tried everything I could think of.
And as I said the most strange thing is that it doesn't work with any of three different Thief2-Installations which are on different partitions. (The zip file itself is fine - because someone else plays with the same zip successfully.)
Must have to do something with my system I fear. Too bad, because I always loved the Escape OM and this one seems to be fun. Well I will find a different PC to play this one.

this is one of my contest favorites, very clever use of scripts going on here i think, the shaking effect is annoying, but the craymen with antennae, the mushrooms, the particle effects used to good effect, and the puzzles with no clues, very good.

According to Dromed there should be one Secret in this mission. Did anyone find it?

The secret involves getting the contents of the unpickable lockbox.

If you mean that
opening it with the machinery gets you the secret then i ask myself why it didn´t show in my stats? or was it something different?

No, that method isn't worthy of being a secret, you have to do it the other way.

I just replayed this one. I still love the Thief 1 feel that this mission has, not to mention all the little hidden bonuses!
Did anyone else find the secret second way out?
