Something strange happened. I had killed/blackjacked all the craymen there before asking for help, so there wasn't any way to interact with them. I tried to pick the claw again, but it was impossible.
Today, as soon as I reloaded the mission, I was able to retrieve the claw and to use it the proper way.....:D
I will load an old save with the crayman still alive. I'm very curious to see what happens. :)

Mmmhh, nothing special, but the crayman seems to don't like it. :D The whole thing just doesn't make any sense to me. :bored:

The logic of craymen is beyond mere mortals - but I'd say they just don't like people defacing their holy idol by putting junk - or body parts - on it.

Tkanks klatremus, I had messed with that area before, even tried the fire arrow on it. I just wasn't quite doing it correctly.
BTW, what is the fire arrow for?
