I had similar plans for Circulation of Shadows, Otto. The difference was each difficulty level was actually going to be a different version of the mission, like three parallel universes. Slight differences that had big impact to gameplay, like the person you were going in to rescue was already dead in one and still alive in another, etc.

Also, I think I spent longer on the sudoku than the mission...
I agree. A puzzle should not stand out of a mission. It should blend in. I had a feeling that the sudoku was placed in the mission for its own sake and not for the story sake. I also did not enjoy the "What is the smallest opening Basso can fit through without getting stuck" challenge (i.e dumbwaiter). There was no reason not to make those openings bigger and make the gameplay more enjoyable.

Very fun mission.
I think it's fairly obvious who made it! :sly:
Yeah... the weapons and athmosphere are a dead giveway. Good work in any case! :thumb: :cheeky:

I'm positive i've posted this in 3-4 topics already. Somehow i post in the wrong one. Anyway... Luckily my fraps decided to work on me (Wtf, lol, god? That's not like you. Did Satan kill you and took over?) so i made a screen of my problem.

The easiest way that I have found to get in the dumbwaiter is to stand up and just walk to it. You will automatically step up onto the ledge in front of it. The moment you step up on to the ledge, immediately crouch and keep going forward. You should go right in.

Thanks. Worked like a charm. Now just to get my determination together and pwn that map 3 times in a row...

thing with the dumbwaiter is that its a lot easier to get into than people think. the ledge is too narrow to jump on, and any wider its too big to be real looking, but it meets the minimum width to be a stair step.

Putting a small coffee table in front of it might have helped people with getting in.

though that makes every day use of the dumbwaiter for its intended use a bit difficult, its a gameplay solution.

I would assume you just reach over the table and pull out what's inside the dumbwaiter... though the one in this mission is a lot larger than usual.
