Wow, that's really neat, I like the stark contrasts in this. :D
(The only thing I would pick at is that the moon and the detail of the foliage on the far left distract from the center a little.)

Yes, with a mouse but not as you may think :D I draw sketches and then scan them and turn them into brushes, or take photos and turn the different shapes into brushes. It's tough work even like that, but much easier, I assure you, than actually trying to draw with an effing mouse.
HELP! I need a good shot (with full shape) of a Mechanist mace. A shot of Karras from profile would be nice, too. :)

Used some brushes by other people, I think I should add. Some of the gears, the lamp on the right, and the wrought iron wha'ddayacallems.
