I personally think they have a King instead of a Queen, like a Maharadja or something. Because all of their workers and warriors are female. ;) Like a reversed gender-hierarchy compared to most insects.

Herr_Garrett, thats beautiful! A suggestion, that image is way too big. I'd use a link to the image instead. You will be asked to resize that, or imbed a link. Double scrolling is not fun.
