Yeah, it's just a BMP, which Photobucket turned into a JPG. The settings I used in the 3D program, to get it to where no edge of it was visible on the face of the sphere, that I had to scale it down to 45%. It's weird, being unfamiliar to me, how the program is taking an image that is twice as large as what you see there, and won't let me scale it back up to show the rest of it.

Click on "Map" on the left side of the screen, then note the image in the upper-right corner. Since this was an experimental attempt, I chose to forgo cleaning out all text of the larger map.





An improved version that still needs significant reduction in texture size to match the globe.
