Using Garrett's eyes from the TDP/Gold intro (missing the mechanical eye), I flipped a frame horizontally--his eyes are looking in the wrong direction, here, but the angle of the face was almost exactly the same once flipped--reduced the image to match the distance between your Garrett's eyes, dialed the colors from the original cold blue to your earth tones, then used your original palette to get it in the same ballpark, and trimmed the face according to the facemask. I then saved the image as a 113-color GIF, and scaled the whole head and neck downward a bit. The distance from the top of the shoulders to the chin should be reduced by the thickness of the armor and garments.
