Running T2X as an FM through FMsel is definitely the most reliable way to get it both running and looking like it's supposed to these days without conflicts from all of the custom resources that go into things like Tafferpatcher as well as the enhancement pack, since running through FMsel with NewDark ensures that the FMs custom resources get loading priority over everything except for anything specified by the user as ubermodpath in cam_mod.ini.
Basically:
- Install T2X
- Delete all .exe, .bnd, .cfg, and .ini files from the t2x directory
- Put any patches you need into it (such as voodoo47's t2x package)
- Archive it using 7zip or something else it up into t2x.zip and then and throw t2x.zip into your FM archive directory and then it's all good to run from there. Make sure when you create t2x.zip that you do so that the directory structure is correct (i.e. .gam files, .mis files in the root directory of the archive)
And you should be good to go to load it through FMsel and play it 100% fine.
