Tafferpatcher has worked wonderfully with my Steam copy of Thief 2, along with fan missions. I was curious though, with tafferpatcher installed, it creates a second copy of Thief 2, one completely different from my steam copy.
Can this version of Thief 2 run without steam? For instance, if I uninstall Steam entirely, will this version still be available?
