I pride myself having done everything on my own - EXCEPT FINDING THAT BOOK COLLECTION. I must be of great specific stupidity in that regard, but
those maps and the X on the one map where a nice brickwall is located (I checked there from both sides) and the scroll with the numbers don't help me out.
PLEASE! Someone tell me what do , I'm looking for it for one long our and I want to go to sleep !
Outlooker,
You have
the maps with the numbers. You should also have
found a scroll from Arturo that mentions some books. You should also have
found the Library.Find
those books in the library.Use
the right books. The maps have the key.

Balboa Is Stephanie's room the one with the tarot cards on the table. I flip the card and a teddy bear head was on the dresser. I just dont know what to do. I am very tired at the moment but want to get through this.
thanks

More blatant book hint.
The maps have four numbers, in sequence.
Find those books.
Frob only those books, in sequence.

No. All of the noble bedrooms are on the second floor.
And Stephanie has a pet.

You need to
find out what Lord Robert asked the Mechanist to do. Then
find a way into the basement. You've got a ways to go with this. ;)

Thank you very much for for your help.:thumb:

I don't see any guards or people around (nor cameras)
There's a guard behind the window as you enter, but he runs out of his office to catch you when he sees you, hence failing the mission. I know, what a frustrating place to put a guard, haha. :cheeky:

Game time 1 hour, 46 minutes, 17 seconds. Actual playing time, about 5 hours or so. Short 45 on the loot total. I thought I had everything, then realized I was short by quite a bit on the loot, about 100 short of the minimum requirement on expert. Ran around going nuts for a bit, trying to figure out what I had missed. Found a couple of obvious things that I shouldn't have missed, but still came up short. The real tough one which finally put me over the top was:
Chest behind torn painting in one of the attics, plate worth 150. I must have missed that one several times, because I know I looked in the same area.
All around great mission. The frustration of a couple of the puzzles made it more enjoyable. Definite replay on this one. :thumb:
Some things that I really liked:
The mirror which speaks to you, then shatters if you try to frob it.
The guard in a night shirt.
The Sounds Of The Bonehoard. I literally LOL'ed.
The "feed the frog" puzzle. I kept dropping apples on it, and blowing it up, until I figured it out.

The guard in a night shirt.I can't take credit for that one. I borrowed it years ago, and now have no idea where I found it. I'll gladly give credit if someone knows who the creator is.
