I built a new gaming computer which has a intel quad core processor & I can't remember how to turn off the extra processors :( so I can play Thief 2... Does anyone remember how to do that? I'm using Vista....

After you start thief.exe, or thief2.exe, alt+tab out, look in the task manager under the Processes tab, and right-click on the thief.exe, or thief2.exe. Choose Set Affinity, and check off all but one processor. Unless the Vista task manager is different, of course. But I believe the FAQ still applies to making it more permanent.

Yeah, that works with vista's task manager too :D
However there is no process called "thief2.icd", but the game works anyway... Thanks again ;)

Through GarrettLoader 1.41 I can't get the FMs to work... The original training mission keeps coming up :(
Anybody know the reason why this is happening? I've tried several FMs...

I uninstalled T3 & GL & then reinstalled them again. It works fine now. I realized that I had installed T3 I had forgotten to play the training mission and save it, before installing GL :(
