TDM: No Honor Among Thieves by Goldchocobo RELEASED! (2010/04/29) - by Goldchocobo

I'm running XP sp3, and had the "not fully downloaded" (around 119mb) problem from (
www.marcuszuhr.com) on a couple of tries. the mediafire link kind of worked, though - at least it fully downloaded... when I copy the folders over to my FM directory, they turn out empty. even dragging the pk4 files into their proper folders doesn't work.
EDIT: the new version downloads and unzips correctly

NEW VERSION download (
http://www.marcuszuhr.com/NHAT/NHAT.zip) HERE (updated main post, old version removed)
This one was compressed with winzip, rather then winrar - as I suspect that was the culprit.
I am also uploading seperate PK4's - a bit of a pain, but for those of you who just can't get it working.
Sorry for the shaky release - none of the betatesters ever experienced this.
Could Southquarter re-host the "working" file (assuming this is the fix) and/or separate pk4's?

Once the file was hosted at Southquarter it downloaded and unpacked just fine for me.
Quite an accomplishment this mission is from what I've seen so far. Incredible stuff - and definitely beautiful. The first mission alone is probably larger than most (if not all) of the missions released up to this point and from what I've seen of the second its one draw jopping area after another. Really great stuff. The first mission gave me a new appreciation for The Builder faction, that's for sure.
Also: The zombies in TDM are creepy as hell, and their animations are great. Can't wait to give this one a full playthrough tomorrow!

Which confirms my suspicions... winrar=bad-guy, since that's what i used originally, and the southquarter link is the winzipped version... I'm removing all traces of the winrar archived files so noone else runs into this (they are 10 kilobyte difference :P)
And thank you for the kind words! Politics was my first mission, and is really is simple compared to the time spent, complexity and design of missions 2 and 3 :) (that's in my opinion anyway... but since I made them, I'm probably jaded beyond all reason).

So can we clarify what link works and what doesn't and edit any posts containing broken links.
I only have a limited monthly download allowance and have just blown 120MB on a broken file... :(

To be safe, download the PK4's individually then.

Plenty of people seem to have found your "FM released" post, but to notify more people, perhaps you should include the word 'Released' in the thread title (along with the date?)

Is anyone having problem loading savegames once the mission is already started?
I have gotten to a certain point in mission 1 ( Inside the Cathedral ) and whenever I try to reload a game AFTER the initial load, Doom 3 crashes ("Doom 3 has stopped working, etc."). However, I can restart Doom 3 and reload the exact save I was trying with no problem. But if I have to load a game from WITHIN an active play (or after a death) I get the crash.
Note: I did not have this problem prior to reaching this point. I am wondering if there is subtle savegame corruption or if this is a mod problem with cleaning up game state before a reload.
